1. Open the KOL bot from your profile. It asks Telegram for the channel's admin list, so the request has to come from an admin of that channel.
2. The bot has to be an admin in the channel already. That is the same step listing uses.
3. The fee is paid in the bot. The tick shows up on the next build of the site.
